    Wellness CoordinatorPrimary Location: Dallas, TX Travel: Approximately 50%Position Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryRamp Health is seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate Wellness Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee wellness and benefits initiatives across multiple client locations. Based in Dallas, Texas, this position requires approximately 50% travel to facilitate onsite wellness events, benefits fairs, educational seminars, biometric screenings, flu clinics, and employee engagement campaigns.The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with exceptional communication skills who enjoys interacting with diverse employee populations and is passionate about improving health, well-being, and benefits engagement. This role combines event coordination, wellness education, client support, and program administration in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale employee wellness and benefits events, including onsite wellness activations, educational campaigns, biometric screenings, flu clinics, health fairs, and engagement initiatives.
    • Serve as a Wellness Ambassador by facilitating educational presentations, seminars, lunch-and-learns, and interactive tabling events that promote healthy lifestyles and available benefits.
    • Build positive relationships with employees while providing exceptional customer service and educating participants on wellness resources and employer-sponsored benefits.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits teams, client stakeholders, and internal Ramp Health departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
    • Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, materials management, vendor coordination, and onsite setup.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining outstanding attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
    • Promote participation in wellness initiatives through creative outreach, educational campaigns, and employee engagement strategies.
    • Track participation, maintain confidential records, prepare reports, and analyze program outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist with wellness program development, budgeting, and implementation of new health promotion initiatives.
    • Provide referrals and educational resources that support employees' physical, emotional, and overall well-being.
    • Support the development of presentations, educational materials, and wellness communications.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    Required QualificationsEducation
    • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Human Resources, Communications, Health Education, or a closely related field.
    Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating events, projects, or employee engagement initiatives.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in wellness programming, employee health promotion, health coaching, HR benefits administration, or a related field.
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex health and benefits information in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.
    • Strong customer service mindset with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
    • Experience coordinating events from planning through execution.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Smartsheet.
    • Comfortable speaking to both small and large groups.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned region.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
    • Ability to lift and carry event materials and equipment.
    • Ability to move tables, displays, and presentation materials during event setup and breakdown.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Two or more years of experience in health and wellness, wellness coordination, fitness, personal training, athletic training, nursing, occupational health, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related healthcare fields.
    • Experience providing wellness coaching or person-centered health behavior change support.
    • Knowledge of motivational interviewing, behavior change strategies, and the Stages of Change model.
    • Experience delivering educational presentations and facilitating group workshops.
    • Experience with EMR documentation, SOAP notes, ADIM documentation, or other health documentation systems.
    • CPR/AED certification is a plus.
