Hebrew SeniorLife seeks a Wellness Coordinator to design and deliver innovative wellness programs for older adults across our Boston campus. In this full-time, 40-hour role, you will assess resident needs, plan and lead group and individual wellness activities, and collaborate with nursing, rehab, and social work teams to support physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. You’ll track outcomes, contribute to research-informed initiatives, and help foster an inclusive, engaging community aligned with our mission-driven, learning-focused culture.
