What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: Your Daily Magic)
- Leading and coordinating Private Duty care services with confidence and compassion
- Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
- Creating schedules that keep everything running like a well‑oiled machine
- Supporting caregivers, mentoring them, working the floor as needed and helping them shine
- Ensuring care plans are followed, updated, and personalized
- Communicating clearly with residents and families so everyone feels supported
- Keeping documentation tidy, accurate, and stress‑free
- Being the go‑to problem solver, cheerleader, and calm presence in the building
Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience in home care, private duty, senior living, or care coordination
- A warm, upbeat personality that makes residents feel safe and valued
- Strong organizational skills (you love a good color‑coded calendar)
- Leadership skills that inspire caregivers to do their best work
- Excellent communication and a knack for building trust
- A passion for helping seniors live their best, most independent lives
