We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing leader to oversee wellness programming, support resident care, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment. In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, guide clinical wellness services, and contribute to a positive experience for those entrusted to our care.
Responsibilities
Lead wellness and nursing-related programs in alignment with organizational policies and care standards.
Assess resident health needs and coordinate appropriate care plans and follow-up activities.
Partner with physicians, families, and care teams to support continuity of care.
Monitor wellness indicators, identify concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
Support medication management processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and protocols.
Supervise, coach, and support nursing or wellness team members as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
Promote a respectful, engaging, and supportive environment for residents and team members.
Assist with staff education, training, and wellness initiatives.
Respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations and coordinate next steps.
Qualifications
Current nursing licensure in good standing, as required by state or local regulations.
Experience in nursing leadership, wellness coordination, senior living, healthcare, or a related setting preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Knowledge of care planning, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance expectations.
Demonstrated ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic documentation platforms preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
