PruittHealth is seeking a Wellness Director of Nursing to lead clinical care and wellness programs in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role oversees nursing staff, coordinates care plans, and ensures regulatory compliance while promoting resident-centered wellness initiatives. The Director will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor nurses and CNAs, and monitor quality metrics, infection control, and risk management. This leader will support staff development through coaching and training and partner with families, physicians, and community resources to enhance outcomes and uphold PruittHealth’s culture of dignity and respect.
