Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Wellness Floor Attendant to join our team in Salina, KS. The Wellness Floor Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on the wellness floor, assisting members with equipment, and ensuring all wellness areas are properly stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wellness floor, including equipment and common areas.
• Perform routine inspections of wellness equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Assist members with equipment usage and provide basic guidance on wellness floor policies.
• Restock towels, water stations, and other wellness floor supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Enforce facility rules and promote a positive and respectful environment for all members.
• Support other team members and assist with special projects or events as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or wellness-related role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of wellness equipment and safety procedures preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Work Environment

This position requires working on the wellness floor in a fitness or wellness facility environment. The role may involve light physical activity, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies.
