What You'll Do

As a Wellness Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care and services to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately.

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.

• Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

• Promote a safe and healthy living environment.

Available Positions

Full-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN)

Enjoy a predictable, rotating two-week schedule:

Week 1

• Sunday

• Monday

• Tuesday

• Thursday

Week 2

• Monday

• Tuesday

• Thursday

• Saturday

Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Includes: 30-minute unpaid meal break

This two-week schedule repeats throughout the year, providing consistency and work-life balance.

Part-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN)

Looking for a part-time opportunity with a dependable schedule? We have openings available with the following repeating two-week rotation:

Week 1

• Sunday

• Wednesday

Week 2

• Tuesday

• Saturday

Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Includes: 30-minute unpaid meal break

This schedule offers a great opportunity for nurses seeking flexibility while maintaining regular hours.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Benefits for Eligible Employees

• Competitive compensation: ranges from $33/hour - $37/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Weekday evening shift differential is $2.00/hour, weekday night shift differential is $2.50/hour,. All shifts receive a $4.00/hour differential on weekends.
