As a Wellness Nurse (LPN), you will:
Provide skilled nursing care and services to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
Promote a safe and healthy living environment.
Looking for a part-time opportunity with a dependable schedule? We have openings available with the following repeating two-week rotation:
Week 1
Sunday
Wednesday
Week 2
Tuesday
Saturday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Includes: 30-minute unpaid meal break
This schedule offers a great opportunity for nurses seeking flexibility while maintaining regular hours.
Current, active LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care.
Experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
