As an Educator, you will guide members with care, build trust through meaningful interactions, and embody our core values every day.
(This is a part time position to start)YOU are the reason people want to become a part of our support system. Your passion is what reels people in! We are seeking event help to recruit founding members to our store before opening. You will interact with people during our events (2-4hrs, 2-3x a week) and follow up with online leads to drive them to our store.
What You'll Do:
- Create legendary member experiences with warm welcomes, engaging conversations, and genuine encouragement.
- Hold space empathetically for members struggling with health challenges.
- Stay focused and coachable during busy shifts, communicating with confidence and clarity.
- Represent the store and Project LeanNation’s mission with positivity and accountability.
- Support community events and help spread the PLN message outside the store.
- Embrace feedback and take pride in personal and professional growth.
