You’ll work side by side with your Store Manager and learn the Store Manager role from the inside: how to coach a high-energy team, hit goals, and run a successful salon. Pay: Managers in Training earn $10.50-$15.00+ per hour on average (base pay + up to 12% commission). Top performers can earn even more.


Grow with us: Store Managers can earn $19.00-$23.00+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus). Top-performing managers can make even more.

What You’ll Learn and Do

• Work side by side with your Store Manager to learn how to run a great salon
• Learn to lead and coach our Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team
• Learn to recruit, schedule, and develop great people
• Learn to set goals, track performance, and follow up on training
• Learn to manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses
• Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back, and learn to resolve customer concerns professionally
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly, and make sure it meets health department standards
• Help plan and carry out local promotions that grow your store’s sales
• Learn to handle the salon’s cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI security training included)

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others
• Basic computer and POS skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs

Your Schedule


Our salons are open seven days a week. We build schedules with flexibility in mind, but you should expect to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional local travel may be needed for meetings, training, or supporting other salon locations.
