We are seeking a full-time dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for wellness and beauty. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery while managing staff, budgets, and inventory.


Duties


  • Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Daily organization and management of team members, guests, schedule, and inventory.
  • Hire and train new team members.
  • Utilize POS systems and cash registers for accurate transaction processing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
  • Perform duties of Spa Coordinator and Spa Concierge when needed.
  • Educate guests on spa services and retail.
  • Operate as first in command.
Experience


  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a spa or wellness setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in customer service practices with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
  • Must be comfortable delegating and providing direction and feedback.
  • Must be reliable to open and/or close the spa as required.
