Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to recommend suitable wellness services.
• Explain the benefits and procedures of various wellness therapies offered, ensuring clients are informed and comfortable.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service recommendations.
• Support clients throughout their wellness journey, providing personalized advice and support.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience and foster a welcoming environment.
• Stay current with the latest wellness trends to ensure clients receive top-tier service and knowledge.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college education in a health or wellness field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a wellness-related industry is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Customer Orientation: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
