Minimum Qualifications

1. 2+ years of shift management experience or 1 year of assistant management experience (QSR preferred)
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
4. Reliable transportation
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
