What You'll Do:
- Lead the overall operation of the restaurant
- Hire, onboard, and develop managers and crew members
- Create and execute training and development plans
- Schedule and deploy staff effectively
- Address performance issues and coach for improvement
- Drive results across people, service, and financial targets
What We're Looking For:
- Previous GM experience or 3+ years restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record developing and retaining employees
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, ownership-driven mindset
- Multi-unit or high-volume experience a plus
