What You’ll Do as a Talented Shift Leader

• Lead shifts and keep your team motivated and on track
• Deliver excellent guest service, even during busy hours
• Train and coach new crew members to succeed
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Support the General Manager with daily operations

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR industry
• 2+ years of experience in QSR industry
• High school diploma or GED
• A hands-on, team-first attitude
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
