- Support training, coaching, and daily operations with professionalism
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support the General Manager in daily operations
- Ensure great guest service and fast, accurate food quality
- Coach team members and help maintain a positive work culture
- Uphold Wendy’s brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness
- Assist with cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
