We're looking for dependable and friendly individuals to join our team as a Donation Attendant / Retail Associate in the West Chester area. In this role, you'll help create a positive experience for donors while keeping merchandise organized and ready for the sales floor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist donors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accept and organize donated items.
• Sort merchandise into designated categories.
• Size and organize clothing and other donated items.
• Stack, move, and prepare merchandise for processing and display.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Dress Code:

• Casual attire
• Closed-toe shoes required
