Full-Time or Part-Time | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available At ABI Resources, we help individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and TBIs rebuild their lives in an atmosphere of calm, trust, and respect. Our approach is never about control. It is about guidance, patience, and understanding. We are seeking Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST), Recovery Assistants (RA), Companions, Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) who bring steady, compassionate care and want to help people reach their goals for independence. What you will do
• Provide calm, reliable assistance with daily routines and personal care
• Build respectful, genuine relationships that foster confidence and comfort
• Assist with hygiene, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, organized living space
• Support medical appointment coordination and encourage physical, social, and community activities
• Help clients grow their independence while maintaining stability and safety The kind of person who thrives here

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in disability care preferred, but compassion is most important
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and one personal or professional reference
