Wet Process Operator - Etching (2nd Shift)

Job Purpose:

Operation of Copper and Gold Plating Lines for Printed Circuit Board Industry.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Must be able to run automated Plating lines. Previous experience with Manual plating as well, is preferred. Candidate must know how to make additions of the chemistry involved in cooper or gold plating. Candidate must follow all safety requirements on handling products and chemistry.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in the copper or gold Plating functions.
• The candidate must have good written and oral communications skills.
• Understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.

Salary Range (annual): $43,680.00 - $47,840.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
