WFH - Entry Level Training Associate

Position Overview

We’re seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people and providing a positive client experience. This remote opportunity combines customer support, appointment coordination, and benefit education, giving you the opportunity to assist individuals and families who have already expressed interest in receiving information.

There is no cold calling and no door-to-door prospecting. Your focus is on communicating with members, answering questions, and helping them understand the options available to them.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested information and schedule virtual appointments
• Conduct phone and video-based client conversations
• Learn about each member’s needs and explain available benefit options
• Answer questions and provide clear guidance throughout the process
• Assist clients with digital forms and necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Follow up with members to provide continued assistance
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide a consistent client experience
