What You'll Do You'll connect with families who are eligible for benefits and walk them through their options in a clear, straightforward way. This role is fully remote and focused on delivering a smooth, professional client experience.

• Meet with clients over Zoom to review available benefits
• Accurately complete and manage all documentation
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with clients
• Work with your team to improve efficiency and overall service

What You Bring

• Legally able to work in Canada/USA
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or working with clients is an asset
