Job Overview


Withum Wealth Company is seeking a dedicated and professional Work-from-Home Live Chat Support agent to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This position is fully remote, based in West Virginia, United States.



Responsibilities


 

  • Engage with clients in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner through our live chat platform.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to resolve complex queries.
  • Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain our high standard of service.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications


 

  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role, preferably in a live chat environment.
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in using digital communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A dedicated and quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in the financial services or wealth management sector would be an advantage.
