We are searching for an outgoing individual that has a passion for the travel business , to join our team as a Travel Specialist! An individual that absolutely loves to travel, exploring new destinations, and helping others along the way. If youre passionate about the industry, we highly encourage you to apply for this job opening . As a Travel Specialist youll be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their travel arrangements

• Prepare travel itineraries, to present to clients

• Communicate with vendors/suppliers to ensure clients expectations are met/exceed
• Complete required training to obtain certification
• Maintain proper documentation for clients
• Complete ongoing training as needed (including attending team meetings)
• Research travel destinations for clients, reviewing the clients needs for the trip
• Provide exceptional service when working with clients and/or vendors
• Participate in vendor/supplier trainings when possible
• Maintain up to date promotional packages for clients
• Provide multiple options when preparing itineraries for clients
• Have a passion for the travel industry, staying up to date on changes
• Become familiar with travel requirements (domestic and international)
• Communicate regularly with clients, and provide last minute changes as needed to itineraries

• Access to a Smartphone is required and or computer
• Flexible schedule (full time or part time)
• Fully Remote
