Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a Warehouse Helper / Fabrication Associate for a growing company serving the global waste and recycling industry. This organization specializes in plastic and rubber molding, metal fabrication, plastic extrusion, and tarp systems. The position is based in Pearland, Texas, and involves warehouse operations as well as the fabrication of containment berms.Job Responsibilities
  • Move materials and products from receiving to production, storage, or designated areas
  • Safely load, secure, and prepare orders for delivery
  • Organize materials and products for proper storage
  • Assist with inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy
  • Unload incoming shipments of goods and materials
  • Inspect shipments for damaged or missing items
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping manifests
  • Fabricate berms using heat equipment, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stoop, bend, twist, squat, and perform physical movements required during fabrication
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Weekend work may be required based on production needs
