Wheel Alignment Specialist/Technician/Mechanic

Established in 1930, Frank's Truck Center is an award-winning dealership serving our clients with high quality customer service.  We're looking for energetic, experienced mechanics to add to the growing team in our world-class Service Department.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wheel Alignment Specialist to join our service team. This role is responsible for performing precise vehicle alignments, diagnosing suspension and steering issues, and ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards for passenger cars and light duty trucks.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Perform front-end and four-wheel alignments using computerized alignment equipment
• Inspect suspension, steering, and tire conditions to identify necessary repairs
• Adjust camber, caster, and toe angles to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly with service advisors and/or management
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications needed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing wheel alignments
• Experience using Hunter alignment equipment is required
• Strong understanding of suspension and steering systems
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• ASE certification (preferred but not required)

In accordance with New Jersey law, the compensation range for this position is listed above. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and business needs. This position may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or incentives, where applicable and permitted.
