Seeking a Whey Production Level IV operator to lead training, set up classes, and ensure documentation in a fast-paced cheese/whey manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include training new and current employees, reviewing and developing SOPs, operating plant equipment, and ensuring safety and food safety compliance.
Must have 2-4 years of operations or training experience, with equipment certification (forklift, scissor lift, fall arrest).
Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills are essential, along with the ability to handle physical demands and work near mechanical equipment.
Minimal local travel required.
