This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with experience in white collar defense, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation to work alongside an accomplished team representing corporate and individual clients in high-stakes investigations andenforcementmatters.Thepracticeregularlyhandlesmattersinvolvingallegationsofsecuritiesfraud,moneylaundering,corruption,andothercomplexcorporatemisconductissuesbeforefederalandstateenforcementauthorities.

CandidateProfile

• JDfromatop-tierlawschoolwithanexcellentacademicrecord
• ActiveBarAdmissioninNewYork,ingoodstanding
• 3-6yearsofsubstantiveWhiteCollarDefense,InternalInvestigations,and/orCommercialLitigationexperience
• Experiencehandlinggovernmentinvestigationsandinternalcorporateinvestigations
• Experiencewithmattersinvolvingsecuritiesfraud,moneylaundering,corruption,orotherallegationsofcorporatemisconductishighlypreferred
• Strongknowledgeoffederalandstateregulatoryandenforcementframeworks
• Exceptionallegalresearch,writing,andoraladvocacyskills
• Experiencemanagingcomplexlitigationmattersandinvestigationsinvolvingcorporateandindividualclients

KeyResponsibilities

• Representcorporateandindividualclientsingovernmentinvestigations,internalinvestigations,andwhitecollardefensematters
• Assistclientsrespondingtoinquiriesandenforcementactionsbyfederalandstateagencies,includingregulatoryandprosecutorialauthorities
• Conductwitnessinterviews,internalreviews,andfactualinvestigationsinvolvingallegationsofcorporatemisconduct
• Draftmotions,briefs,memoranda,investigativereports,andothercomplexlegaldocuments
• Managelitigationandinvestigativemattersinstateandfederalcourtsatboththetrialandappellatelevels
• Collaboratewithclientsandattorneysacrosspracticegroupstodevelopstrategiclegalsolutions
• Participateincaseassessment,discovery,legalresearch,andtrialpreparation
• Providepracticalandbusiness-orientedcounseltoclientsfacingregulatory,investigative,andlitigationchallenges

Compensation&Benefits

• CompetitiveSalary:$230,000-$320,000+,commensuratewithexperience,qualifications,andclassyear.
• FutureSalaryIncrease:Annualsalaryrangescheduledtoincreaseto$245,000-$340,000 January 1, 2027.
