White Glove Delivery Associate

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in white glove delivery, specialized moving, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related service-focused environment.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with the ability to safely operate company vehicles and travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform physical tasks involving bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide professional, courteous service when interacting with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to following handling, packing, transportation, and safety procedures for valuable or delicate items.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Safely pack, transport, load, unload, and deliver valuable, fragile, and high-end items while adhering to white glove service standards.
• Operate company vans or trucks to complete pickups, deliveries, and transportation assignments at client and business locations.
• Assist with inventory movement, organization, and placement throughout company facilities and designated storage areas.
• Utilize moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and hand trucks to efficiently and safely handle items of varying sizes and weights.
• Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, transportation, and movement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition while following safety guidelines.
