Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of50+ active loansefficiently and accurately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for broker accounts and their processors.
- Ensure all loans meet agency, government, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing from application to closing.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with brokers, processors, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle high‑pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Communicate effectively over the phone and in writing, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- 5+ yearsof experience in mortgage loan processing and wholesale account management.
- Proven ability to manage ahigh‑volume pipeline of 60+ loans.
- Strong understanding ofagency and government lending guidelines.
- Experience withMeridianLink Mortgage (LendingQB)is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
