About the Role:
MELO WHOLESALE INC is looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Sales Specialist to promote our wholesale clothing line across social platforms. Based in Vernon, CA — the heart of LA's fashion and apparel district — this is an exciting opportunity to blend social media savvy with wholesale fashion sales. Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to showcase wholesale clothing inventory
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive wholesale buyer leads and increase brand visibility
• Photograph and style clothing items for compelling product posts and reels
• Respond to inquiries from potential wholesale buyers via social media DMs and comments
• Monitor social media trends in the fashion and apparel industry to keep content fresh and relevant
• Track post performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy
• Coordinate with the sales team to align promotions, new arrivals, and inventory highlights

Requirements:

• Experience managing business social media accounts, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms
• Basic photography and video editing skills for product content creation
• Knowledge of wholesale or B2B sales is a plus
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a consistent posting schedule
• Familiarity with the Los Angeles fashion/apparel market preferred
