  • Maintain a strong governance framework for the wholesale allowance process, including documentation, controls, and audit/regulatory alignment.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to modernize existing processes, drive efficiencies, and elevate analytical capabilities across reporting and governance workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders including Risk Management & Compliance, SEC Reporting, Accounting Policy, Financial Controllers, Firmwide P&A, Internal Audit, Product and Technology.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a controls mindset.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to senior audiences and produce clear procedures and documentation.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter who works independently, takes accountability for deliverables, and collaborates effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
