We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wholesale Customer Service Representative to support one of our clients, growing wholesale operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. This will be Temp to hire, and we offer access to healthcare benefits immediately! No waiting period.
Schedule ONSITE
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays (every 4-6 weeks)
- Seasonal hours vary (half-day to full-day shifts)
What You'll Do
- Communicate directly with wholesale customers to manage accounts and orders
- Process order entries with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate shipping and fulfillment logistics
- Maintain records and data within internal systems
- Work daily within Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Provide support in a retail setting as needed (customer assistance and stocking)
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience (face-to-face preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work independently and stay accountable
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
