Job Title: Wholesale Lockbox Team Lead (3rd Shift)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $22/hr (W2)
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: ThirdShift (Night Shift)

Schedule
  • Sunday - Thursday
  • Hours vary between 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (typically 8-hour shifts)
  • Mandatory overtime as required

Position Summary
We are seeking a Wholesale Lockbox Team Lead to oversee daily lockbox and mailroom operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
This role is responsible for coordinating workflows across mail receipt, extraction, and image capture, while driving productivity, quality, and service level performance in alignment with management goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow across mailroom, extraction, and scanning operations
  • Allocate resources to ensure SLA adherence and timely processing
  • Monitor system activity and escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly operational reports
  • Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues; escalate risks impacting deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with audit standards
  • Conduct research and perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and client inquiries
  • Train, coach, and guide team members on processes and quality expectations
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in lockbox or remittance operations
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience (preferred)
  • Experience with OPEX Falcon (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
