This position is based at our Replay Repairs office in Clio, MI.
Replay Repairs is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Wholesale & Online Sales Manager to join our team.
Replay Repairs provides inventory management solutions to Disc Replay stores through electronics repair, online sales, and warehousing. We refurbish video game controllers and other electronics, sell refurbished products to Disc Replay stores, and help stores sell inventory through Amazon and eBay.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing wholesale customers and overseeing the process of selling inventory through our wholesale, Amazon, and eBay channels. This is a hands-on position that includes customer communication, inventory testing, quality control, listing management, packaging, and order fulfillment.
This is also a leadership role that reports directly to the head of the company. As Replay Repairs grows, this person may be responsible for hiring and leading additional team members to take over portions of these responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing Disc Replay wholesale accounts and help onboard new participating stores
- Communicate product availability, coordinate wholesale orders, and respond to customer questions
- Package and ship wholesale orders accurately and on time
- Receive defective inventory submitted by Disc Replay stores and verify that shipments are complete and properly documented
- Coordinate with the Head of Repairs to address inventory discrepancies and recurring quality concerns
- Perform final quality-control reviews on inventory refurbished by Replay Repairs technicians
- Test products and ensure that refurbished inventory meets Replay Repairs’ standards before it is sold
- Receive inventory from Disc Replay stores for sale through Amazon and eBay
- Test, inspect, and review online inventory for quality
- Ensure that products and packaging meet Amazon and eBay condition standards
- Create and maintain accurate Amazon and eBay listings
- Organize and store listed inventory so that products can be located and fulfilled efficiently
- Pick, package, and ship Amazon and eBay orders
- Manage customer questions, returns, and other order-related issues
- Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment records
- Help develop and improve processes related to wholesale sales, online sales, quality control, and fulfillment
- As the company grows, help hire, train, and lead employees who will take responsibility for portions of this work
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 60 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or eBay
- Experience managing wholesale or business-to-business customer relationships
- Experience with online product listings and order fulfillment
- Experience with inventory receiving, shipping, or warehousing
- Experience testing consumer electronics or evaluating refurbished products
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Early-morning availability
