Wholesale Supervisor (Warehouse Fulfillment) – Moonachie, NJ

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Wholesale Supervisor to lead wholesale fulfillment at our New Jersey Distribution Center in Moonachie, NJ. Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will own day-to-day wholesale pick, pack, and ship operations, oversee EDI and ASN execution for our retail partners, and lead a team of wholesale associates and team leads. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to keep a team focused, and takes pride in getting retailer orders out accurately and on time.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

• Lead daily wholesale fulfillment operations (pick, pack, and ship), setting priorities and assigning work to meet retailer ship windows and routing guide requirements
• Supervise, train, and develop the Wholesale Team Lead and wholesale associates, including temporary staff during peak season and special projects
• Own EDI and ASN processes end to end, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of shipment details and troubleshooting errors with internal teams and trading partners
• Oversee the accurate creation of carton labels, UCC-128 labels, and retailer-specific ticketing in line with customer compliance standards
• Monitor open orders, ship windows, and cancel dates; flag risks early and partner with Sales and Wholesale on solutions
• Track team productivity, order accuracy, and chargeback trends, then identify root causes and implement process improvements to reduce compliance issues
• Plan labor and schedule staff based on upcoming order volume, including temp labor needs during peak
• Coordinate with Sales, Wholesale, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Care to keep orders moving and communication clear
• Maintain organized records of EDI transactions, labels, BOLs, and shipping documentation to support audits and reporting
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and enforce all safety policies

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a lead or supervisory role; wholesale or B2B fulfillment experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with EDI, ASNs, and retailer compliance and routing guides
• Proficiency with a WMS (Snapfulfil a plus), an ERP (NetSuite a plus), and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to productivity and quality goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear communicator who works well across departments
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking) mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment, including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
