Job Overview:The Wide Format Printing Operator is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of wide format digital printing and cutting machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality print jobs according to specified requirements and timelines. Available Shifts and Pay Rates:2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Pay: $20.90-$24.20/hr.Weekend Shift: Saturday-Monday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay: $23.27-$26.95/hr. What You'll Do:Set up and operate wide format printers and cutters (Agfa, Zund).Set up materials and jobs per specifications.Monitor quality and equipment performance.Complete production records and job tracking in Pace.Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace.Follow all safety procedures and assist with production needs. What We're Looking For:Previous commercial printing experience required; wide format printing/cutting experience strongly preferred.High school diploma or GED.Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong organizational and basic computer skills. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and multitask effectively. Positive and proactive attitude towards both external and internal customer satisfaction.
