Job Summary (Willow Ambulatory Analyst)
- Serve as a Willow Ambulatory Analyst for a remote, 6+ month contract in the medical industry.
- Utilize Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and hands-on configuration experience.
- Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory systems.
- Apply expertise in retail/outpatient pharmacy workflows, including prescription processing, dispensing, charging, inventory management, and retail pharmacy operations.
- Provide healthcare IT analyst support in a high-volume production environment.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform system maintenance, support enhancements, and ensure system stability.
- Support integrations with third-party pharmacy systems, dispensing hardware, interfaces, and external vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors for system integration and maintenance.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and upgrade activities: testing, workflow validation, go-lives, cutovers, upgrades, and ongoing production support.
- Maintain documentation and follow change control processes.
- (Nice to have) Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient, retail pharmacy expansions, revenue cycle collaboration, and academic medical centers or large healthcare systems.
