Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Administrator with strong expertise in PTC Windchill administration, Linux system operations, deployment management, and release coordination. The ideal candidate will support deployment activities across multiple environments, ensure operational stability, and work closely with Agile/SAFe teams in regulated enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Windchill Administration expertise
  • Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill administration and deployments across Dev, QA, and Production environments
  • Strong Linux administration experience including service operations, troubleshooting, file management, and log analysis
  • Experience with Jenkins pipelines, CI/CD processes, and release automation
  • Strong knowledge of Jira for defect tracking, release management, and Agile workflows
  • Experience supporting business-critical platforms in regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, MedTech, or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based change management, release governance, and production support processes
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform Windchill deployment and administration activities including configuration updates and lifecycle operations
  • Execute end-to-end deployments across Dev, QA, and Production environments following release and change management procedures
  • Validate deployment readiness and perform post-deployment verification activities
  • Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and support rollback execution when required
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement
  • Manage deployment-related tasks, incidents, and release activities in Jira
  • Perform Linux-based administration tasks including service management, file handling, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain deployment documentation, operational runbooks, and release checklists
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, deployment methodologies, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with release stakeholders and provide clear go/no-go readiness updates
  • Identify deployment risks and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scripting or automation for deployment and operational tasks
  • Exposure to validation documentation and audit readiness practices in regulated industries
  • Experience supporting distributed Agile/SAFe teams
  • Knowledge of Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, or MPMLink
