Job Description: We are looking for a Windchill PLM Technical Lead/Principal IT Technologist/with 8-12 years. Able to troubleshoot and resolve the P0/P1 and P2 incidents. Able to perform L2 and L3 role. Able to perform PLM Windchill Configurations and Customizations. Must have a solid knowledge in PLM Windchill Configurations and Customizations. System and Business Admin, Change Management and BOM Management. Hands-on experience in System Admin, Business Admin, configurations and customizations, Windchill Modeler. Nice to have: Thingworx Navigate, CAD Tools (Creo, Catia, Solidworks),PDM Link, Project Link, MPM Link and AWS. Able to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations and stay up to date with industry and business directions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. So the person from onsite, he will be POC for all critical [P0/P1/P2] issues in Windchill PLM. This is very critical application and 4K new users are adding to Windchill PLM. So they need one on site member to work on critical issues and support the end users.
