We are seeking a Winding Operator in Reidsville, NC!
How will you play an integral role?
- Operates Winding machines, textile operator.
- Conducts quality checks to ensure the yarn is on the correct path and there are no faults on the machines.
- Supports shift and department goals and objectives.
- Participates in and supports safety processes and initiatives.
What is my earning potential?
We offer competitive hourly rates for this role, up to $15.97/hr.
Do you offer flexible shifts?
We do! We offer a variety of shifts, with our current opening for this role being on 3rd shift (Monday-Friday from 12 am/midnight - 8 am).

Are you qualified for the position?
- Ability to read
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently
- Hand and finger dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (occasionally)
- Previous textile operator experience is a plus, but is not required (training is provided)
Education
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience
- 2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided).
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Understanding of production procedures within a manufacturing setting.
- Must have strong attention to detail and safety standards.
