We are actively seeking experienced Window & Door replacement installers to join our team. This role is strictly residential replacement work — no new construction and no commercial projects.Scope of Work (Experience Required)
- Windows (must have hands-on experience with all):
- Nail Flange windows (with trim)
- Block Frame windows
- Retro Fit / sloped sill windows
- Full-frame wood window replacements
- Strong knowledge of measuring, removal, prep, flashing, installation, and finish work across these frame types is essential.
Requirements-Proven experience in residential window & door replacement-EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work)-Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship-Must be able to pass a background check-Professional, reliable, and customer-focused-Reliable transportationPosition Type-1099 installers preferred-W2 may be considered for the right candidate who is fully tooled, outfitted, and has a dedicated vehicle
