Window Cleaning Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Each location is locally owned and operated, providing a professional, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for growth.We are currently looking for dependable and motivated Window Cleaning Technicians who have basic experience in professional window cleaning. Experience with commercial and residential window cleaning, ladder work, and working at heights is preferred. Additional training will be provided to help you develop your skills and succeed with our team.Our technicians enjoy working independently while providing outstanding service to a wide variety of commercial and residential customers. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to meet new people while working outdoors.We offer an excellent work-life balance:
- Monday through Friday only
- No evenings
- No weekends
- Start time between 7:00 and 8:00 AM
- Finish between 3:00 and 4:00 PM
- Our compensation is commission-based, giving motivated technicians the opportunity to increase their earnings based on productivity.
Qualifications:
- Basic experience in professional window cleaning required
- Own a dependable and respectable vehicle with current insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
