Window Gang is a professional exterior cleaning solutions company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Louisville & surrounding areas. We are looking for active & energetic people who enjoy working in a fast-paced role on various cleaning projects.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is for a dependable, highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous exterior cleaning experience is an asset, but not required. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast-growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completing exterior/interior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and more
- Planning and MANAGING workflow on the job site
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Working as a team to complete tasks in most efficient manner
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Ability to mix the right chemicals to perform the projects
- Invoicing and payment completion for every job
- Selling further services to customers
- Owning marketing around each job site
- Driving company vehicle to and from each job
- Maintaining the interior and exterior of the company vehicle
- Representing Window Gang in the local community and networking with potential customers
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of labor or physical work experience preferred
- Previous experience in line of work is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Courteous, friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic, highly dependable, and able to self-manage
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs) in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working on/with ladders up to 3 stories
- Ability to operate a lift up to 60 feet
- Clean Driver's License is REQUIRED
- Willing and able to work some weekends & evening hours (minimal)
