Tired of being stuck inside all day? At Shine, you'll work outdoors, visit different homes and businesses, learn valuable skills, and see the results of your work every day.
No experience necessary. We'll pay you while we train you. We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Get
- $17/hour starting pay with advancement to $18/hour typically within 60-90 days as you complete training and develop your skills

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Your day starts at our Shine office at 7:30 AM with a quick team meeting. From there, you'll head out with a teammate in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes and businesses.
You'll learn to perform a variety of services throughout the year, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and professional holiday light installation, while providing a great experience for our customers.
Most days wrap up around 4:00 PM, although finish times vary depending on the day's schedule. Our goal is generally to have everyone back by 5:00 PM.
