Deliver top-quality window cleaning services that maintain Window Cowboy’s five-star reputation . Provide friendly, respectful customer service inside and outside customers’ homes. Work safely and effectively on ladders and at heights. Keep equipment, tools, and company vehicles clean and properly maintained. Follow company procedures to ensure every home is serviced with precision and care. Represent the Window Cowboy brand with professionalism and reliability. Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. No criminal background (background check required).Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working on ladders and in residential environments. Extremely detail-oriented — our clients expect spotless results. Strong communication and customer service skills.
