Schedule

Full-time position with weekday work available. Saturday and Sunday work may also be available for truck leads who want additional earning opportunities.

About the Role

Two Men and a Bucket is hiring a Window Cleaning Truck Lead to run a window cleaning route and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.

This is not a helper position. You will be responsible for leading the truck, driving a company truck to scheduled jobs, communicating with homeowners, protecting customer property, and making sure the work is done correctly.

We are building a professional exterior cleaning team where reliable, detail-oriented truck leads can earn strong pay, grow with the company, and take pride in high-quality work.

Company Truck Responsibility

This position includes driving and operating a company truck during scheduled workdays. The Truck Lead is responsible for keeping the truck clean, organized, stocked, and ready for each job.

You will be expected to drive safely, represent the company professionally on the road and at customers’ homes, report any vehicle or equipment issues, and treat the truck like a core part of the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and operate a window cleaning truck

  • Drive a company truck to scheduled residential jobs

  • Clean exterior windows for residential customers

  • Clean interior windows when scheduled

  • Clean tracks and screens when included in the job

  • Take before-and-after photos when needed

  • Participate in social media content when asked

  • Keep the truck organized, stocked, and ready for the next job

  • Complete scheduled routes efficiently and correctly

  • Report job updates, issues, customer notes, vehicle issues, and equipment issues as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, on-time, and professional

  • Comfortable being responsible for the truck and route

  • Comfortable driving a company truck daily

  • Comfortable working outdoors

  • Comfortable with physical work and ladders

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to follow a process without cutting corners

  • Good customer communication

  • Willing to learn and improve

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of the job

  • Comfortable participating in company social media content when needed

Production Expectations

We pay above the average cleaning technician wage because we expect professional output.

A trained Window Cleaning Truck Lead should be able to complete daily routes efficiently while keeping quality high. Our goal is not rushed work. Our goal is clean work, happy customers, strong communication, and consistent production.

Why This Job Is Different

This is not a low-pay cleaning job or a basic helper role. We want truck leads who can actually build a solid living in this trade.

If you prove that you are reliable, careful, efficient, and trustworthy with customers’ homes, there is a path to higher pay, bonus opportunities, and long-term growth as the company expands.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Must be comfortable driving a company truck daily

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Must be reliable, on time, and professional

  • Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required for the right person

Pay Summary

  • Start at $25/hour during training

  • Earn up to $35/hour after certification

  • Additional 1–3% truck performance bonus available based on quality and production

  • Optional weekend work may be available for additional earning potential
