Window Covering Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Install window coverings such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes according to measurements and specifications
• Measure windows accurately for new installations
• Inspect and prepare job sites to ensure safe, clean, and efficient installations
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily projects
• Troubleshoot and adjust coverings to ensure perfect operation and appearance
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction
• Follow safety procedures and maintain company tools and vehicles in good condition

Qualifications

• Previous experience in window covering installation, carpentry, or a related construction trade preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude

It includes loading, unloading, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment; troubleshooting and adjusting products to ensure proper operation and appearance; and communicating clearly with customers and team members to support a positive experience. Candidates should ideally have experience in window‑covering installation, carpentry, or related trades, demonstrate strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and present a professional, customer‑focused attitude. The physical demands of this position include performing tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting materials up to 50 pounds, and completing movements such as bending, reaching, and handling tools or equipment, with reasonable accommodations available to support individuals in performing the essential functions of the job.

Pay: $22.00 to start
Schedule: Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
