Window & Door Installer (Entry-Level & Experienced)
Looking to build a rewarding career in the construction industry? Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring both Entry-Level and Experienced Installers to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll install windows and doors in newly constructed homes while learning valuable, hands-on skills. No experience? No problem. We provide paid, on-the-job training and the support you need to develop into a skilled installer.

Pay: $17.60/hour - Depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM.
Walk-ins are welcome—apply in person and start your journey with us! Hours 8 am - 11 am.
What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside experienced installers to install windows and doors in new construction homes.
- Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns (training provided).
- Lift, carry, and position materials, including heavy windows and doors.
- Climb ladders and work at heights while following safety procedures.
- Support your team with hands-on labor and problem-solving on job sites.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Show up on time, ready to learn, and ready to contribute every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new trade.
- Team player who communicates well and supports others.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times per day.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders required).
- Commitment to following safety guidelines, including OSHA fall protection.
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with a fast-growing company.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience in construction or home building.
- Familiarity with windows or doors installation.
- Valid driver’s license.
