Job Title: Window & Door Installer (Residential)
Location: Ventura County, CA
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)
Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE)

Job Summary

• Install residential windows and doors with a focus on quality and detail
• Perform trim and finish work to complete installations
• Work directly with a growing installer with opportunity for more consistent hours

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential windows and doors according to specifications
• Perform trim, finish carpentry, and final detailing work
• Measure, cut, and fit materials as needed
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate with team and follow project instructions

Qualifications

• Experience with residential window and door installation required
• Experience with trim and finish carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable and dependable with good work ethic

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass background check and I-9 verification prior to hire
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Own basic tools preferred

Schedule

• Flexible schedule: 2–5 days per week depending on workload
• Opportunity for more consistent full-time work as business grows
