Window & Door Showroom Sales Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a customer-focused Window & Door Showroom Sales Customer Experience Specialist to support homeowners, contractors, and other customers in our clients showroom. Experience in sales, building materials, windows and doors, or a related field is a must!

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable learning window and door products, quoting systems, and parts.

What You'll Do

• Assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries.
  
• Help customers identify window and door products, parts, and replacement options.
  
• Support warranty and service requests.
  
• Prepare accurate quotes for doors and smaller window projects.
  
• Gather customer information and generate leads for larger projects.
  
• Follow up on showroom leads and customer requests.
  
• Support customers referred by the Outside Sales Team.
  
• Maintain showroom displays, samples, and product literature.
  
• Obtain customer approvals for window, door, and parts orders.
  
• Continue building product knowledge through training and development.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
• Experience in sales, building materials, windows and doors, or a related field preferred.
  
• Ability to ask questions, understand customer needs, and recommend solutions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and quoting software.
  
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Saturday availability as needed.
