Responsibilities:
Perform window repairs and installations with precision and care.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window solutions.
Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service and correspond with customers
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and new window technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in window repair and installation.
Strong knowledge of window types, materials, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
